I was in search of an organization that could provide me with the opportunity to stay up to date in the my practice and allow me the opportunity to network and not only has GAPNA done that but, is also the organization where I feel at home and with my people.

The Education Committee has been a gift to me. I get to learn from accomplished educators across the country, stay abreast of what is happening in the field even when I am not teaching, and have made friends I look forward to seeing each year.

With older adults living longer than ever before, I hope that our focus will be facilitating the best quality of life possible by focusing on health promotion and proactive disease prevention. It is an honor and a privilege to be a GAPNA member!
